New Kerslash Trailer!

Posted by Celshaded - November 6th, 2012

My animated web series Kerslash will premiere next month, Saturday December 1! To celebrate the release, I made this new trailer:

Featuring the incredible voice talents of Jessi Nowack, Garrett Green, Sadiyyah Osbourne, Karen Hayman, Andrew H. Chung, and Sean Chiplock

For more updates and additional info on the progress of subsequent episodes, I would suggest 'Liking' the official Kerslash facebook page here

No ninjas were harmed during the making of this program

dat shirt should say 'mini boobs' :D

But seriously, there's more to a cartoon that pretty much butchers an idea to death with borrowed cultures.

Real Samurai and Ninjas and Vikings were really bad-ass hardcore jerks, bitches, and saints of honor.

Too much in anime and cartoons do I see the idea being abused to adolescent nonsense.

A smart ass relatable personal character with swinging a sword in cool fashion...and it's just like a reckless Michael Bay action film.

You might as well dangle keys in front of a baby.

But I digress. I'm watching the trailer, I checked out your page, and I HOPE you've put more life into these characters other than a reflection of you or your friends.

Your main character reminds me of this.

But only because Kotetsu looks like her a bit. Hell, watch the first episode and you'll see what I mean. The hat, the petite frame.
*The anime over all is pretty lame though.

The trailer show feels more like "9th Grade Ninja"

Good god...why. Haven't they learned already from Dragon Jake Long.
It's...just nonsense for young kids watching and thinking 'that's what high-school is like :3"

BUt....I'll have to watch your first episode to really get a GOOD critique of your show. Though I'm having trouble just from the trailer deciphering as to 'what kind of universe' this is.

Shows like "Wakfu" and "Storm Hawks" really express their unique fantasy lore well. So far I see a teenage gamer girl who carries a sword and her homies in high-school with soda machines and somehow there is a Viking girl?

So don't take my blog with offense. These are my honest and heartfelt thoughts pouring out.

You know what's a kick ass ninja show.

The new TMNT 2012 version. Man that's good writing and characters.
