Finally, a new Vlog! It was such a pain trying to work and record at the same time, you can see the slow down when I try and play back the shot in the time line: running flash, running the screen capture software, and recording audio all at the same time; Also midway through the making of this I got a crazy virus that kept shuting my computer down while it was rendering and had I to wipe my entire hard drive.
Sooner or later I'll have some Kerslash trades up for pre-order (All pre-orders will have a $2 discount and come with a character sketch!), but I'll make a seperate post when I'm ready for that.

Looks cool man, I like how you are traditional animating. But my I ask why not use paper to rough out your animation and just draw the final in flash to save time. Also to help you out with the alignment you should start using the Onion tool. Over all it looks great man and I'm looking forward to final.

I actually find it easier to ink by hand instead of trying to use the wacom tablet. I have a hard time getting the lines I want and have to spend a lot of time hitting undo and redrawing the same line over and over again. I think in the future I may go back to just tracing everything using the line tool to save time.
I used the onion tool to line up all the eyes previously (that was some of the footage that was lost), but I didn't like the way it looked.
