If you're interested in supporting my cause, consider heading over to my online store and getting yourself some cool merch! In addition to that new Wonderland Shakedown hoodie, I also have freshly minted copies of KERSLASH Zero, prints and a new T-Shirt:
I'm also having a Halloween special over on my Itch.io store where you can get the full version of FIG for free! And as always you can show your support by becoming a member of my Patreon.
Your support is always appreciated and helps me to continue to work on my own projects!
One of the most exciting updates to the Koga Committee website is the addition of the new 6 inch "Koga Girl" stickers. These high-quality vinyl stickers feature a bold and colorful new character design, featuring the quintessential Koga Girl representing for the Koga-ryu School of Ninjitsu.
The Koga Girl stickers are a great way to show your support for Koga Committee and its ongoing mission to finish episode 3 of Kerslash!!
I would also be remiss if I didn't mention the Koga Committee Patreon. By becoming a patron, you can help fund the our various projects and initiatives, while also gaining access to exclusive content and behind-the-scenes updates.
As usual, your help is always appreciated. Also, I feel it's necessary to say that you can also support Koga Committee for free by just following us on social media and frequently visiting the site for future updates!
I just wanted to let you guys know I started a Koga Committee Patreon! $5 gives you access to my private vlogs and streams, as well as previews of rough animation from Kerslash 3, and anything else we might be working on. Your support will help raise the production quality of all of our projects across the board by granting us the ability to hire additional creative help and pay voice actors. And as a special thanks, all Patrons will be included in the ending credits of Kerslash!
Version 2 of my pixel horror game FIG has just been released! There's a new ending that will hopefully provide a bit more closure than the previous version. Hope you guys like it!
I was super inspired by games like 'Sleep When I'm Dead' and 'Evil Tonight'. I feel like the pixel art aesthetic is similar to like, a vhs filter or film grain. It just gives everything this vibe that I think goes really well with the horror genre.
What's up people! Just thought I'd pop in with my bi-quarterly reminder that I'm still alive.
Also still very slowly working on Kerslash. One of the reasons it's taking so long is because I've been developing a lot of supplemental shorts and comics to fill in a lot of the world building that was left out of the first 2 episodes. I've been calling these shorts "OVA's", but they're only going to be between 30 seconds and a minute long. So the format of Kerslash will go like this:
-Episode 1
-Episode 2
*mid season break*
-RECAP Short
-Kerslash Zero shorts
-World building backstory
-Episode 3
-Episode 4
So the overall gameplan is to do all that stuff and then recut Kerslash into a short film of some kind, with corrected/updated animation in the earlier episodes. And I'm not just doing it by myself this time around, so preproduction is kind of going at a snails pace. Coordinating money/payment, scheduling and just finding talent that can replicate my artstyle is what's been taking the most time. The art part is easy though, and I have a lot of rough animation I can't really show yet, It's just a matter of waiting for all the puzzle pieces to fall into place.
Anyway, here's some new Kerslash art and a process video of me struggling with this angle:
Also, if you guys are up for helping me out with Kerslash hit me up!
I realized I go through these long waves of not doing fanart, not because I don't like doing it, but I get so caught up in my own work I don't even think about it. I really want to get in the habit of doing fanart regularly, so here's a quick Lola Bunny to start things off.
