Here's my commentary for the first episode of Kerslash where I talk about things and stuff...

Here's a couple of videos I did detailing my method for color individual frames of animation in Flash. Let me know if guys have any requests or potential ideas for future tutorials.

I was planning on making this after I finished episode 2, but I couldn't wait. I like new Adult Swim version of Toonami, but I miss vintage Toonami.

Toonami can make any show seem hardcore, even Hamtaro. I won't go so far as to say, "cartoons these days suck!", because they really don't, but the presentation was definately better in my day</old man statment>

First, how a bout a little peak at what I've been doing:

That's a lot of mouth shapes... So while working on the first episode of Kerslash, I've learned so many time saving tricks and shortcuts that I can apply to the second episode. For starters, I think I'm going to simplify the mouth animation to flapping anime mouths except for major close up or scenes of utter importance:

Also, I'm going to animate it on 3's instead of 2's.

So yeah, I had some recent freelance stuff I had to take care of that slowed me down for a while, but I'm pretty much on the home stretch and am already planning for episode 2.
